Returns Policy


If you aren’t not 100% happy with your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange items.

This can be done in three simple steps;

~ First email us at admin@littlelukes.co.uk to let us know which items you wish to return and whether you would like an exchange/refund.

~Then post items and proof of purchase back to us at LLB Returns, 114 Main St, Chapelhall, ML6 8SB.

~Lastly, wait for your refund/ exchange to be processed. We aim to do this within 15 days of receiving returned items.

Please read the following carefully:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If items meet the required criteria, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@littlelukes.co.uk.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We will gladly exchange items providing they are returned within the time limit and are in the original condition with tags attached.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: LLB RETURNS 114 Main Street, Chapelhall, Airdrie, NLK, ML6 8SB, United Kingdom

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
